手足口病重症患儿血糖水平分析

目的：探讨手足口病重症患儿的血糖水平。方法：对360例临床诊断的手足口病重症合并脑炎的患儿进行血糖水平及其他临床特征分析,血糖监测采用一日6次法,同时进行肛拭子病毒分离。结果：360例患儿均有不同程度的血糖水平升高。结论：手足口病重症合并脑炎的患儿均需血糖水平,发现血糖水平升高并给予及时处理可以减少重症患儿死亡率和致残率。
