中医治疗支气管肺癌20例体会

目的：探讨中医治疗支气管肺癌的临床疗效。方法：将本院2009年11月~2010年12月收治的40例支气管肺癌患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组20例。对照组在常规治疗基础上使用NP化疗方案;治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予中医治疗。评定两组的临床疗效,Karnofsky进行生活质量评分,检测治疗前后的肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原（CEA）和糖类抗原（CA125）,观察不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后,治疗组客观有效率和Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后的肿瘤标志物比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：中医治疗支气管肺癌的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

The treatment of 20 cases of lung cancer by using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of lung cancer in TCM.Methods： 40 patients with bronchial lung cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,20 cases were in each group.The control group was given NP method on the basis of conventional therapy while the treatment group was given TCM.Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups,Karnofsky score for quality of life,detection of tumor markers（CEA and CA125）.Results： After the treatment,objective efficient and Karnofsky score of the treatment group was higher than the control group（P0.05）;the adverse events of treatment group were lower than the control group（P0.05）;there was no significant difference of tumor markers between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of bronchial lung cancer by using TCM is effective,which should be widely applied.
