带蒂结膜瓣移植术治疗原发性翼状胬肉的疗效分析

目的：探讨自体带蒂结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：对32例患者32只眼原发性翼状胬肉行翼状胬肉切除＋自体带蒂结膜瓣移植术,术后观察愈合、复发情况。结果：本组患者32只眼术后随访1～6个月,复发1例,复发率为3.12%。结论：自体带蒂结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效肯定,复发率低,可广泛开展。

Effect analysis of primary pterygium treated with sliding conjunctival flap transplantation

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of conjunctival flap transplantation with a base in the treatment of primary pterygium.Methods：Pterygium excision combined with conjunctival flap transplantation with a base were performed on 32 patients（32 eyes） with primary pterygium,the postoperative healing effect and recurrence rate was observed.Results：The post-operative follow-up varied from 1 month to 6 months.1 case（3.12%） was found recurrence after operation.Conclusion：Pterygium excision combined with conjunctival flap transplantation was a useful method to the treatment of pterygium with better effect and low recurrence rate,and it is worthy of promoting.
