| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨断肢再植患者围术期有效的护理措施。方法：术前针对不同患者进行心理疏导,术中稳定情绪;术后加强病情观察,及时处理血管危象。结果：50例断肢再植患者43例手术成功,4例出现血管危象,通过及时处理,最终救治成功,3例出现血管危象,处理无效导致指端坏死。结论：有效的围术期护理可以提高断肢再植手术的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate replantation of severed limb patients perioperative valid nursing measures.Methods：According to different preoperative patients psychological persuation,lntraoperative stable mood,strengthen the observation after,deal with vascular crises.Results：Replantation of severed limb of 50 cases of 43 patients with operation was successful,4 cases,through the timely handling vascular crises,and ultimately successful,3 cases appeared vascular crises handling invalid cause fingers necrosis.Conclusion：Effective perioperative care can improve the success rate of replantation of severed limb surgery. |
