阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效观察

目的：探讨阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎（MP）的临床效果。方法：2008年3月～2009年10月本院收治小儿支原体肺炎患者50例,按照治疗方法不同分为,观察组30例（采用阿奇霉素＋炎琥宁治疗）,对照组20例采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察两组疗效,并进行对比分析。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义,不良反应发生率两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论：阿奇霉素＋炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效好,不良反应少,值得应用。

Clinical analysis of mycoplasma pneumonia in children treated with azithromycin

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with Yanhuning treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia（MP）.Methods：March 2008 to October 2009 in our hospital 50 patients were slected with Mycoplasma pneumonia,different treatment methods were divided into the observation group （30 cases treated with azithromycin＋Yanhuning）,20 patients were treated with azithromycin,observed effect of two groups,and compared.Results：The total effective rate observed with the control group,the difference was statistically significant,the incidence of adverse reactions to the treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The effect of Azithromycin＋Yanhuning treat the children with mycoplasma pneumonia is good,adverse reactions are low,its should be applied.
