SMART治疗儿童中重度哮喘的疗效观察

目的：探讨吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂缓解治疗（SMART）儿童中重度哮喘的疗效、依从性和安全性。方法：31例中重度哮喘儿童给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂SMART治疗3个月的哮喘控制情况,观察治疗后1周、1、3个月肺功能变化、症状改善及不良反应。结果：31例患儿治疗后肺功能较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05）;症状平均缓解时间为3～4d;治疗后1周90.3%患儿症状得到完全控制,治疗1、3个月时完全控制率为100%;3个月内无一例患儿需急诊就医或吸入短效激动剂β2缓解症状;不良反应为声嘶、咽部不适。结论：布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂SMART治疗儿童中重度哮喘有良好的疗效和安全性。

Observation on the effect of SMART in treatment of moderate to severe asthma in children

Objective：To observe the efficacy,obedience and safety of symbicort maintenance and reliever therapy in the treatment of children with moderate or severe asthma.Methods：31 children with moderate or severe asthma were treated with symbicort for 3 months.Lung function,symptom improvements and adverse effects were observed after treatment at the time of one week,one month and three months.Results：Such lung function indexes as FEV1,PEF of 31 children with asthma were showed to be significantly improved 1 week to 1 month and 3 months post treatment（P0.05）;The average time for reliving of symptom was 3 to 4 days.90.3% of the children gained complete control after 1 week.The complete control rates for children with asthma after treating for one and three months were 100%;children gained complete control at 1 month and 3 months post treatment.No children showed to be emergency treatment and short-acting β2 agonist inhalation in three months after treatment.Some adverse effects were observed including hoarseness and pharyngeal discomfort.Conclusion：Symbicort showed to be effective and safe for children with moderate or severe asthma.
