老年患者手背静脉自然伸直穿刺法研究

目的：观察老年患者手背静脉自然伸直状态穿刺时对穿刺成功率和疼痛反应的影响。方法：800例需静脉穿刺的老年患者随机分为A组（试验组,自然伸直法,400例）和B组（对照组,握拳法,400例）,观察两组患者一次成功穿刺率及疼痛反应程度。结果：试验组与对照组相比,一次穿刺成功率及疼痛反应差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：老年人手背静脉穿刺自然伸直法较传统穿刺法成功率高且疼痛反应小。

Research of venepuncture of back of hand on gerontal patient with method of natural straight

Objective：To study the effects of venepuncture of back of hand on old patients with method of natural straight.Methods：800 old patients who were received venepuncture of back of hand were randomized divided into two groups,Group A with 400 patients using method of natural straight and group B with 400 patients using clench fist method.The venepuncture achievement ratio and pain reaction in both groups were observed.Results：The difference between group A and group B had statistic significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Method of natural straight can decrease pain reaction and improve venepuncture achievement ratio.
