神经元特异性烯醇化酶与急性脑梗死的关系探讨

目的：探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）检测在急性脑梗死中的临床意义。方法：应用ELISA法检测600例急性脑梗死患者NSE的水平变化,并与正常体检者进行对比分析。结果：脑梗死患者急性期NSE的水平显著高于健康对照组,NSE的水平与脑梗死的严重程度呈正相关。结论：急性脑梗死患者血清NSE水平增高与神经元坏死有关,其水平的高低与中枢神经系统受损程度呈正相关,可作为评估预后的重要参数。
