| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨艾滋病HAART疗法的毒副作用与体重的相关性。方法：本院对本市经HAART疗法艾滋病患者进行调查,并对HAART疗法后产生毒副作用的患者进行统计,从肝功能损害、骨髓抑制、神经损害及乳酸酸中毒等方面分析与体重〈60kg的患者相关性。结果：艾滋病HAART疗法毒副作用程度与体重呈负相关性。结论：在采用HAART疗法时,应注意药物应用。为艾滋病HAART疗法的毒副作用与低于60kg的患者的体重之间的相关性提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the correlational research between the side effects of therapy and weight in AIDS HAART.Methods：Our hospital courtyard for AIDS patients investigated by HAART therapy in our city,and used HAART therapy of the generation after side effects of patients under going statistics.Analyzed correlational from liver damage,bone marrow inhibition,nerve damage and lactic acidosis aspects and patients with body weight 60 kg.Results：The degree side effects of HAART for AIDS was negatively correlated with body weight.Conclusion：When using HAART therapy,we should pay attention to drug applications.The study of the correlation between AIDS HAART treatment of toxicity and patients＇ weight below 60 kg provides scientific basis. |
