| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨班玛县大骨节病自然消退规律及相关因素。方法采用现场流行病学调查和访问,分析1984年至2003年班玛县病情普查及监测资料。结果①1984年和2003年7~13岁儿童X线检出率和发硒分别为42.01％、(13.316±0.0076)mg／kg和2.44％、(0.189±0.117)mg/kg。②当地居民生活水平较20年前有了很大提高。结论从1984年至2003年班玛县大骨节病逐渐自然消退,当地居民生活水平的提高,食用自产粮的减少,是班玛县大骨节病自然消退的主要原因。
