| 摘 要： | 目的建立比色法测定复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-Ⅲ)中半胱氨酸的含量。方法半胱氨酸与酸性茚三酮溶液反应,生成红色产物,在559 nm波长处测定吸收度,用对照品标准曲线法测定供试品含量。结果半胱氨酸在0.03~0.07 mg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999),RSD为(97.6±1.0)%(n=9)。结论此法快速简便,有较好的专属性和准确度。

| Abstract: | Purpose To establish a method for the determination of cysteine in compound amino acids injection by colorimetry.MethodsCysteine reacted with acid ninhydrin reagent in a boiling-water bath to form a pink product and determined at 559 nm by spectrophotometric method.The amount of cysteine in sample was calculated by reference to a calibration curve obtained,under the same condition,for known amount of cysteine.ResultsCysteine showed good linearity(r>0.999)in the range of 0.03～0.07 mg/mL.The average recovery was(97.6±1.0)%(n=9).ConclusionThis method was simple,specific and accurate. |
