| 摘 要： | 从感染兔肝组织中分离、纯化具有生物活性的日本血吸虫虫卵，是分子生物学研究的基本需要。本文采用匀浆—分级过滤—中速低温离心沉淀—反复洗涤法，获得高纯度、具有活性的虫卵，回收率达71％，毛蚴孵出率达90％以上。本方法经济简便、快速易行、效率高、适用于大批量操作。

| Abstract: | It is essential to isolate and purify Schistosoma japonicum eggs with biological activity from rabbit liver tissue 6 weeks postinfection for the study of molecular biology. Highly purifled eggs with biological activity were obtained by the consecutive method of homogenization,fractional filtration,repetitive wash and centrifugation- Recovery rate of eggs and incubatative rate of miracidia are more than 71% and 90% respectively. The results indicate that this method is more economical,convenient and effective as compared with previous ones,especially more suitable for isolation and puriflcation in a large scale. |
