| 摘 要： | 目的探讨各级高血压病与颈动脉硬化之间的关系.方法检测分析560例高血压病患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块发生率并与210例健康成人对照.结果高血压各级患者颈动脉IMT均比正常对照组有明显增加,高血压病各级之间颈动脉IMT比较亦有显著性差异(P＜0.05)随高血压分级增加颈动脉IMT亦逐渐增厚.结论血压增高是引起高血压病患者颈动脉变化的一个重要因素,颈动脉超声检测对于防治高血压及其并发症具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To invenstigate the relationship between essential hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis.Methods Carotid artery intima media thickness(IMT) and its plaques were measured in 560 patients with essential hypertension compared with 210 controls.Results The occurrence rates of carotid artery IMT and plaques were higher in essential hypertension patients than those of the controls.There were obvious changes in carotid IMT among different degrees of hypertension( P <0 05).The higher the degree of hypertension,the thicker the carotid IMT.Carotid ultrasonography has important meaning for evaluating the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension and its cerebrovasculas complications.Conclusions The increasing of the blood pressure is one of the important reasons to cause the carotid IMT changes in patients with essential hypertension. |
