食品中22种邻苯二甲酸酯类的测定及包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯类迁移量的研究

摘    要:建立气相色谱质谱联用法测定食品中22种邻苯二甲酸酯类.均匀液体样品采用正己烷进行液液萃取,固体样品采用正己烷稀释后过滤进样.研究结果表明该方法对22种邻苯二甲酸酯类的最低检测限为0.01 ~0.5mg/kg,相关系数为0.9998 ~ 0.9999,加标回收率为80%~116%,RSD为1.09%~2.40%.该方法涉及的化学试剂少,操作简便,结果准确,是食品中22种邻苯二甲酸酯类的快速有效检测方法.此外,将该方法应用于食品包装中邻苯二甲酸酯类的迁移研究,以4种常见食品为模拟物,测定保鲜袋中22种邻苯二甲酸酯类的迁移量.结果显示保鲜袋存在显著的邻苯二甲酸酯类迁移现象.

Abstract:This article intends to establish a new method for determination of 22 kinds of phthalates esters in foods by GC/MS. The liquid sample is extracted from foods with n - hexane and the solid sample is diluted by n - hexane for injection directly. The limit of detection (LOD) is 0.01 - 0.5 mg/kg. All of the 22 compounds demonstrate good linear relationship ( r = 0. 9998 ~ 0. 9999 ). The average recoveries for all 22 kinds of phthalates esters are ranged from 80% to 116% , and the relative standard deviations are from 1.09% to 2.40%. The method is sensitive, reliable and can be applied for the analysis of 22 kinds of phthalates esters in foods. In order to strictly investigate the migration of phthalates from the daily food packages like plastic storage bags, 4 kinds of common foods are used as the simulant of foods. The migration determined using the above optimized method showing the significant migration exists in plastic storage bags.
