2012年甘肃省朝觐人员包虫感染率分析简

目的 了解甘肃地区朝觐人员包虫感染患病情况,为进一步保障朝觐人员的健康状况提供参考.方法 对2012年甘肃地区申请参加朝觐人员通过临床体检、流行病学调查等方法确定包虫感染患者,并对调查结果进行统计学分析.结果 从2 117名体检朝觐人员中检出46例包虫感染患者,包虫感染检出率为2.17％;女性朝觐人员包虫病感染率高于男性（P＜0.01）;不同年龄组朝觐人员包虫感染率无显著差异（P＞0.05）;不同地区朝觐人员中包虫病感染率有显著差异（P＜0.05）,以金昌市最高（10.00％）.结论 甘肃朝觐人员包虫病感染率高于全省平均感染率,卫生检疫部门应加强对朝觐人员包虫病监测,同时探索适合朝觐人员的包虫病防控措施.

The infection rate of hydatid disease among the pilgrims of Gansu province in 2012

Objective The aim of the study is to investigate the situation of hydatid disease infection among the pilgrims of Gansu province,in order to provide a reference for the further protection of the health of the pilgrims. Methods Clinical examination, epidemiology and other methods are used to distinguish hydatid disease infected cases from the pilgrims of Gansu province in 2012. And the statistics are analyzed. Results 46 patients are found infected among 2117 pilgrims; the infection rate is 2.17%. The infection rate of women is higher than men （P〈 0.01 ）. The difference between regions is obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There is no obvious difference between different ages （P 〉 0.05）. The infection rate in JinChang city is the highest （ 10.00% ）. Conclusion Hydatid infection rate among the pilgrims is higher than the average rate of Gansu province. Health and quarantine departments should strengthen the pilgrims＂ hydatid disease surveillance; meanwhile we should explore prevention and control measures fitting for the pilgrims.
