珠海九洲港口岸出入境人员艾滋病知晓率调查研究简

目的 了解出入境人员掌握艾滋病知识的现状,并针对现状进行对策探讨.方法 对珠海九洲港口岸出入境人员进行问卷调查,收取有效问卷933份,所有数据经Excel、SPSS13.0统计分析.结果 珠海九洲港口岸出入境人员艾滋病知识总知晓率69.1％,艾滋病三个主要传播途径回答正确率在89.0％以上,艾滋病知识其他单题正确率在29.7％ ～ 84.1％.艾滋病知识的影响因素是性别、学历、职业、婚姻状况.对待艾滋病人的态度表示同情的占49.7％,表示恐惧的占13.2％.电视/广播为获取艾滋病知识的主要途径.结论 进一步加强口岸出入境人员艾滋病知识的宣传教育,重点是女性、初中以下学历、农民及劳务人员、离异及同居者,提高他们的防病意识、主动申报意识,开展自愿咨询检测等干预措施,有效遏制艾滋病经口岸传播.

Survey on HIV/AIDS knowledge coverage among international travelers at Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port

Objective This paper intends to understand the current status of the HIV/AIDS knowledge among entry - exit travelers at Jiuzhou Port, Zhuhai, and discuss strategies to prevent and control HIV/AIDS transmission. Me~ A questionnaire survey was conducted among 933 entry - exit personnel who travel through Jiuzhou Port, Zhuhai. A statisti- cal analysis was performed on all the data by Excel and SPSS. Results According to the survey, the knowledge cover- age of travelers at Jiuzhou port, Zhuhai was 69.1%. Among this population, above 89.0% travelers have known three common ways of HIV/ AIDS transmission. Other knowledge of HIV/ AIDS was known by 29.7% - 84.1% of popula- tion. Sex, education, job, and martial status were the influential factors of HIV/AIDS knowledge level. 49.7% of pop- ulation showed sympathy to HIV/AIDS patients, while 13.2% felt fear of them. The survey also showed the television and radio broadcast were the conunon ways of getting knowledge about HIV/AIDS. Conclusion It is important to fur- ther educate females, under secondary school education, farmer, labor service personnel, divorced persons and cohabi- tants, so as to increase their awareness against HIV/AIDS, enhance consciousness to declare initiatively, carry out vol- untary counseling and testing interventions. And thus effectively curb the spread of AIDS through ports.
