盐田口岸2007年与2012年医学媒介生物数据分析报告

摘    要:目的 了解盐田口岸啮齿动物、蚊类、蝇类种群构成、季节消长、密度变化情况,及时提出媒介生物防控要点,为制定有效的防治措施提供依据.方法 对比分析盐田口岸2007年与2012年医学媒介生物监测数据.结果 2012年鼠密度、蚊密度低于2007年,2012年的蝇类密度高于2007年,蜚蠊密度无变化.种群构成方面,各种医学媒介生物无变化,鼠类优势种群为褐家鼠、黄胸鼠;蚊类优势种群为致倦库蚊;蝇类优势种群为大头金蝇;蜚蠊优势种群为美洲大蠊.季节消长方面,鼠类均不明显;蚊类高峰期均出现在3月至10月期间,2007年有明显的高峰期;蝇类2007年密度高峰期出现在5月,而2012年密度高峰期出现在3月;蜚蠊高峰期均出现在5月.结论 盐田口岸啮齿动物、蚊类、蝇类的密度指标均符合《国境口岸医学媒介生物控制标准》要求,盐田口岸的媒介生物防控措施得力、有效.

Analysis report of medical vector date between 2007 and 2012 of Yantian Port

Abstract:Objective This paper aims to understand the species composition, seasonal fluctuation and density of rodents, mosquitoes and flies basic - line at Yantian Port, providing a basis for vector control and preventive measures. Methods Compare the medical vector data in 2007 and 2012. Results The rodent density and mosquito desnsity in 2012 are lower than they are in 2007. But cockroach density does not change. About species composition, the dominant species of rodent are Rattus Norvegicus and Rattus Flavipectus. Culex Pipiens Quinquefasciatus is the superior specie of mosquito. The Periplaneta Amerocana and Chrysomyia Megacephala are the dominate species of cockroach. Seasonal growth and decline: rodent is not obvious; Mosquitoes peak occurred during the period from March to October. It has an obvious peak in 2007. Flies density peaks in May 2007, and the density peak appears in March 2012. The peaks of cockroach both appear in May. Conclusion By taking the comprehensive measures, Yantian Port has controlled the density index of vector under the standard regulated by "Control stand- ards for medical vector organisms at frontier".
