苏州口岸鼠类及鼠体寄生虫本底调查报告

摘    要:目的 了解苏州口岸鼠类及寄生虫种群结构和季节动态变化.方法 于2012年8月-2013年7月采用夹夜法对苏州口岸的鼠类及寄生虫种群的构成、密度、季节消长情况进行了调查.结果 共捕获鼠类115只,经鉴定隶属2目2科4属5种,小家鼠为优势鼠种;4月和10月为高峰期,年平均鼠密度为0.81%.本次鼠体寄生虫监测共发现鼠体携带的蚤类4只、螨类7只、臭虫4只.结论 苏州口岸鼠密度较低,应继续加强鼠害监测与防制工作,进一步降低鼠密度,防止病媒传染病的发生.

A baseline survey on rat and their parasite infection at Suzhou Port

Abstract:Objective This article explores the population distribution and seasonal fluctuation of rats and their ec- toparasites at Suzhou Port. Methods The night trapping method is used to systemically monitor the species compo- sition and seasonal density fluctuation of rodents and ectoparasitesat Suzhou Port from Aug. 2012 to Jul. 2013. Results Totally 115 rodents are captured, belonging to 5 species 4 gennus 2 families 2 orders. M. musculus is the dominate specie. The highest density of rodents appears in April and October, and the average annual density is 0.81%. 4 Siphonapteras, 7 mites and 4 Cimicidaes are found on rodents Conclusion The rodents density of Suzhou Port is relatively low, we should make continuous efforts to strengthen the prevention and control of rodents, further reduce the rodents density so that the infectious diseases caused by rats can be prevented.
