| 摘 要： | 腺苷是一种较强的冠状动脉血管扩张剂，通过“窃血现象”可引起心肌缺血，使病变部位的心肌节段出现运动异常。腺苷的半衰期短，不良反应轻微，适用于因各种原冈不能行运动负荷试验检查的患者，优于潘生丁、多巴酚丁胺，其用于非创伤性冠心病诊断有较高的特异性、敏感性，在国外已被广泛应用。2004年6月-2005年8月，我院对30例可疑冠心病患者行腺苷超声心动图负荷试验，取得了较好的试验效果，无严重不良反应发生，现报道如下。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing method of patients with rectal cancer when cured by colo-anal anastomoses radical operation. Methods The colo- anal anastomoses radical operation was used for 90 patients with rectal cancer. Careful perioperative nursing cares were applied for these patients, careful observe all the changes during the operation and prevent the postoperative complication. Results 81 patients obtained successful operation without any complications, others were healing by careful nursing which according to the complications. Conclusion Careful nursing cares can effective increase the successful rate for operation, and then improve the quality of life for patients. |
