| 摘 要： | 低剂量Ｓ１８６对大鼠和犬体内的锶具有促排效果。大鼠静注８５＋８９Ｓｒ后，肌注不同剂量Ｓ１８６（２０，５０，１００，２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ），观察２ｄ内尿中８５＋８９Ｓｒ排出量和整体、骨骼中蓄积量。当Ｓ１８６剂量为５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时，大鼠尿中８５＋８９Ｓｒ排出量比对照组增加８５％，整体和骨骼中蓄积量显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｓ１８６伍用中－６（鸡内金），促排效果进一步提高。犬口服氯化锶５０ｍｇ，用药组于０．５ｈ后肌注Ｓ１８６０．５ｇ，２４ｈ后再次肌注０．５ｇ，分别收集各犬２４ｈ尿，共４ｄ，采用ＰＥ－３０３０原子吸收分光光度仪测定尿锶排出量，可见用药犬尿锶排出量比对照犬增加。

| Abstract: | The effectiveness of S186 in removing strontium from rats and dogs were reported.Rats were given S186 (20,50, 100,200 mg/kg) intramuscularly immediately after intravenous administration of 85+89Sr. The excretion of 85+89Sr in urine and faces,and the retention of 85+89Sr in the skeleton and whole body were determined for 2 days,The results of S186 50 mg/kg group showed that the urinary excretion of 85+89Sr was about 2 times as that of control group and the retention of radiostrontium was obvionsly decreased in the skeleton and whole body. The additive action on removal of 85+89Sr was observed by the combination of S186 With chong-6 decoction.Dog was given orally stable SrCl2.6H2O 50mg after 0.5h,each dog was given intramuscularly S186 0.5g for 2 days.Urinary Sr was determined with PE-3030 atomic absorption spectrophotometer. S186 in promoting Sr excretion in urine was shown to be more 2-fold effective than the control. |
