| 摘 要： | 为担负起社区内人们的健康保健工作，培养社区护士势在必行。可将已取得中专、大专文凭，并具有２年以上护理临床工作经验的护士，进行为期两年的社区护理理论学习和实践能力培养之后进入社区中心工作，以推动我国社区护理的发展。

| Abstract: | To ensure public health work in the community region,training community nurses is important.Therefore,nurses,who had took the diplomas of special secondary school or higher college and had clinical experience more than 2 years,should be sent to learn the nursing theory and practice of the community in a short time,and then they are going to work in community for developing their nursing service. |
