| 摘 要： | 本文报告五例左房粘液瘤。临床表现类似二尖瓣狭窄症,但具有左房粘液瘤的特征,均经超声心动图确诊。五例都经手术治疗,其中两例为急症手术。一例为心源性休克伴急性肺水肿,另一例为急性体动脉栓塞。手术采用右心房切口经房间隔进路摘除肿瘤。近期效果良好。追踪1～5年无复发。

| Abstract: | Five patients (1 male and 4 females) suffering from atrial myxoma were treated surgically from May 1981 to August, their age ranged from 25 to 50 years. All patients had exertional palpitation and dyspnea, which became progressively worse and resulted in heart failure in two patients. They were misdiagnosed as mitral stenosis because of confusing constitutional symptoms. Later on accurate diagnoses were established by means of echocardiography. The tumor was excised through right atrial approach. The myxomas were removed completely with their attachment without fragmentation. The result was good and no recurrence appeared during1-5 year follow-up. |
