ECF与DF方案治疗晚期胃癌效果比较

目的：比较ECF与DF方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法：将2009年经临床病理检查确诊的80例晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组。ECF组46例，给予表阿霉素、顺铂、氟尿嘧啶治疗。DF组34例，给予烯紫杉醇、氟尿嘧啶治疗。每3周为1个周期，3个周期评价疗效。两组中无效者交叉用另一种化疗方案治疗3个周期。比较两组缓解率、生活质量改善率及不良反应情况。结果：ECF组与DF组的缓解率分别为45．4％和47．3％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组神经系统毒性反应比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组无效者，交叉另一种化疗方案治疗，ECF组与DF组的缓解率分别为26．2％和20．7％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：ECF和DF方案对晚期胃癌病人近期疗效均好，不良反应均可耐受，生活质量明显提高。且两组化疗方案无交叉耐药。

Comparison between ECF and DF Therapeutic Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Carcinomalu

Objective:To compare the effect and toxicity between ECF(epirubicin+Cisplatin+5-FU)regimen and DF(docetaxel+5-FU) regimen for advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods:Eighty cases of the advanced gastric carcinoma in 2009 were divided into two groups.46 patients of ECF group were received epirubicin,Cisplatin and Fluorouracil.34 patients of DF group were received docetaxel iv drip.Both regimens were repeated every three weeks.After 3 cycles of treatment,the remission rate,quality of life and side effects were compared.The Ineffective ones in both groups were received a different chemotherapy regimen for another 3 cycles of chemotherapy.Results:The overall remission rates of the ECF group and DF group were 45.4% and 47.3%,respectively.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in peripheral neuropathy between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the Ineffective ones in both groups,a different chemotherapy regimen was received for another 3 cycles of chemotherapy.The overall remission rates of the ECF group and DF group were 26.2% and 20.7%,respectively.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both ECF and DF regimens show a good short-term effect for advanced gastric carcinoma and the side effects are accepted so the quality of life can be significantly improved.There are no cross drug-resistances to chemotherapy in both groups.
