| 摘 要： | 目的观察胸痹通汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,对照组口服复方丹参滴丸,治疗组口服胸痹通汤,治疗前后均进行静息心电图检测,对其中静息心电图恢复正常者进行次极量运动试验,记录心绞痛发作频率,硝酸甘油用量。结果治疗组与对照组比较心电图疗效、临床疗效、硝酸甘油停减率有显著性差异,具有统计学意义。结论胸痹通汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切、见效快、无明显不良反应,短期疗效优于丹参滴丸.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiongbitong decoction in angina pectoris.Methods 120 cases of patients were divided into two groups.The control group were treated with composite salvia Dropping Pill,the treatment group by Xiongbitong decoction.We examined the rest ECG before and after treatment.If the examination is normal,the treadmill exercise testing of patients should be examined.Then we recorded the frequency of angina pectoris and dosage of Nitroglycerin.Results There were significant differences in the ECG,clinical effect and the reduction of Nitroglycerin(P<0.05) between two groups.Conclusion Treating angina pectoris with Xiongbitong Decoction is effective,no adverse reaction,and the short-term therapeutic effects of which is superior to composite salvia Dropping Pill |
