溶岩胶囊联合化学药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的:观察中药溶岩胶囊联合NP(N为长春瑞滨、P为顺铂)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:随机将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分成两组。对照组30例采用NP方案化疗。治疗组30例化疗方案同对照组,于化疗开始第1天始服溶岩胶囊,每次4粒,每日4次。21天为1个周期,连续2个周期后评价疗效。分别观察两组患者治疗后的近期疗效(肿瘤大小)、中医证候变化、生存质量、免疫功能及化疗不良反应等情况。结果:进入统计学58例,两组治疗后均无完全缓解病例,治疗组稳定率为86.2%,对照组稳定率58.6%,治疗组高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可增强患者的机体免疫功能,减轻化学药物的毒性反应,遏制肿瘤的转移和复发,从而改善了临床症状及生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Capsule of Rong -yan Combined with NP on NSCLC in Advanced Stage

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Capsule of Rongyan combined with NP （ vinorelbine and C-DDP） on nonsmall- cell lung cancer （NSCLC） in advanced stage. Methods： 60 cases with NSCLC in advanced stage were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases in control group were treated with NP of chemicals therapy. The other 30 cases in treatment group were treated with NP, and at the first day were given to Capsule of Rong- yah,4 pieces each time and four times a day. One treatment course （or cycle） included 21 day. After two treatment courses （ or cycles） the clinical curative effects were evaluated. The near effects （ the size of the tumor）, TCM syndrome changes, life quality, immune function and the adverse effects of the chemicals thera- py were observed in the two groups respectively after treatment. Results： 58 cases were proper to be analyzed with statistics. There was not recovered case in the two groups. The stable rate was 86.2% in treatment group, and 58.6% in control group. Treatment group was better than control group, and there was significant difference be- tween the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese herbal medicine combined with chemicals therapy can re- inforce the immune function of the patients with NSCLC in advanced stage, reduce the adverse effects caused by chemicals therapy, restrain tumor metastasis and recidivation, ameliorate the clinical symptoms, and improve the life quality.
