| 摘 要： | 针对目前冠心病治疗存在的问题,指出促进心肌缺血区域侧支循环形成和调控血管新生是未来研究的方向和热点。在中药及其复方促血管新生研究的启示下,回顾了近年来人参与丹参促血管新生的药理学研究进展,提出了基于VEGF调控来研究人参与丹参促血管新生的研究思路与策略。

| Abstract: | In view of the current problems existing in the treatment of coronary heart disease,it was pointed out that promoting the formation of collateral circulation in myocardial ischemia area and regulating the angiogenesis would be the main developing trend in the future.With the enlightenment on the angiogenesis of herbs and Chinese medicine compound,we reviewed the recent progress in its pharmacological research on angiogenesis of Ginseng and Red sage root and presented the research thinking and strategies based on VEGF control. |
