化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子表达的影响

目的探讨化疗对非小细胞肺癌患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子表达的影响。方法应用ELISA方法,检测患者化疗前、化疗3个周期后和化疗6个周期后Th1/Th2细胞因子的表达水平。结果晚期非小细胞肺癌患者外周血Th1型细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ表达水平低于正常组(P<0.05),而Th2型细胞因子IL-6和IL-10表达水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。化疗3个周期后血IL-2、IFN-γ水平明显高于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IL-6和IL-10水平明显低于化疗前(P<0.05)。化疗6个周期后血IL-2、IFN-γ表达水平明显低于化疗3个周期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而化疗6个周期后血IL-6和IL-10水平稍低于化疗3个周期,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者存在免疫相关因子紊乱,3个周期的化疗对改善机体的免疫平衡有效;6个周期的化疗未能进一步改善机体免疫功能,甚至出现免疫功能恶化。

The Influence of Chemotherapy on the Expression of Th1 and Th2 Cytokines in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To explore the impact of chemotherapy on peripheral Thl and Th2 cytokines in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The expression of Thl and Th2 cytokines before chemotherapy ,after three cycles and six cycles in non-small cell lung cancer was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The expressions of IL-2 and IFN-γ of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were lower than those of normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were higher than those of normal control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of IL-2 and IFN-γ of advanced non-small cell lung cancer after three cycles chemotherapy were higher than those before chemotherapy（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 after three cycles chemotherapy were lower than those before chemotherapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of IL-2 and IFN-y of ad- vanced non-small cell lung cancer after six cycles chemotherapy were lower than those after three cycles （P 〈 0.05 ）, but IL-6 and IL-10 were slightly lower than those after three cycles chemotherapy（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion There is immune related factor disorders in Patients with advanced non-small ceil lung cancer. The immunity state can be improved after three cycles chemotherapy, but cant be improved further even become worse after 6 cycles.
