| 摘 要： | 目的：建立养肝清降丸中大黄酚的含量测量方法。方法：高效液相色谱法（high performance liquid chromatogoraphy, HPLC ）色谱柱为CAPCELLPAK ODS C18（250mm×4．6min，粒径5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（79：21），检测波长为254nm，流速为1．0mL／min。结果：大黄酚进样量在0．11～0．55μg范围内，峰面积与进样量之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0．99）。平均回收率为97．86％；RSD为1．30％。结论：该方法快速、灵敏、准确，适用于测定中药新制剂养肝清降丸中大黄酚的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of Chrysophanol content in nourishing liver pills by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic column was Capcell PAK ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,airmeter of partical:5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(79∶ 21).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results:The sample amount of Chrysophanol was in range of 0.11～0.55 μg and had a good linear relationship(r=0.99) with peak area.The average recovery was 97.86% with RSD of 1.30%.Conclusion:This method is rapid,sensitive,accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of compound Chrysophanol content in the new products of Chinese herbal medicine,nourishing liver pills. |
