| Abstract: | This paper proposes a system of general algorithm of linear modelling for analyzing biomedical data.It is a series of studies on mathematical models,algorithm, computer programming and biomedical application. The system can process various types of biomedical data such as the continuous,the binary, the ordinal multinomial in experimental or observational studies in standardized approach with a personal computer,which breaks through the traditional way of data analysis in a fixed computer data format. Based on the algorithm a software called SPLM (Statistical Program for Linear Modelling) is made up and has had more than fifty users throughout medical colleges and medical research institutes. |
