| 摘 要： | 用药膜法对旅客列车上的德国小蠊的抗药性进行测定 ,结果显示杀虫剂对列车上德国小蠊的作用效果下降 ,即列车上的德国小蠊比敏感品系对杀虫剂具有较强的抗击倒和抗致死的能力 ,其中 0 .0 5 %的敌敌畏、辛硫磷和三氯杀虫酯对其不击倒 ,并且敌敌畏和三氯杀虫酯对列车上的德国小蠊的 72h死亡率为零 ,而对敏感品系的死亡率分别为 6 3.3%和 5 3.3%。所以单一的化学防治必然会产生较高的抗药性 ,结果造成增加防治成本和降低防治效果。

| Abstract: | The resistance of German Cockroach collected from trains to insecticides was tested by the method of contact with chemical cover. The results showed that the effects of insecticides to the train strain declined by contrast of the susceptible strain. Especially, not only did Dichlorvos, Phoxim and Acetophenate of 0.05% not knock down none of train strain, but also the mortality at 72h caused by Dichlorvos and Acetophenate was zero. Experiment suggested that the resistance of German Cockroach collected from trains was serious, which led to the costs increase and the effects lower, because of using insecticide alone to control the population of the Cockroach from trains. |
