| 摘 要： | 目的；研究Ｈｅ夹板对颞下颌关节的影响，为颞下颌关节的基础研究与临床治疗提供模型与理论依据。方法：实验用小型猎８头，随机分为戴Ｈｅ夹板组与正常对照组，６周，１２周后，采用光镜，电镜，螺旋ＣＴ扫描等方法观察。结果：小型猪的双侧颞下颌关节对称；戴入Ｈｅ夹板后，髁状突均向下，向前移动。关节盘，髁状突软骨与骨质，均未见病理性改变。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of occlusal splint on TMJ. Methods:8 Chinese childhood experimental minipigs were used and divided into 2 groups: wearing occlusal splint group and control group. LM, SEM and CT scan were employed to examine the TMJ. Results:The occlusal splint caused bilateral mandibular condyle to move downward and forward; there were no significant differences of cartilages and bones between experimental pigs and the control ones. Conclusion:The occlusal splint had no unfavorable effect on mandibular condyle, the remodeling is within the physiological range. |
