冬虫夏草提取液治疗实验性病毒性心肌炎研究

摘    要:目的:旨在探讨冬虫夏草提取液早期治疗病毒性心肌炎小鼠模型的疗效。方法:10 0只成年雄性BALB/c鼠随机分为正常对照组(CG)、感染组(IG)和CSAE灌胃治疗组(CIG)。IG组、CIG组小鼠腹腔接种CVB3建立病毒性心肌炎小鼠模型,并于接种病毒后第7天、第14天分批处死。光镜下观察心肌组织学变化、心重/体重及小鼠存活率。结果:接种病毒后第7天及第14天CIG组心肌炎症坏死半定量分析较IG组显著减轻(P <0 .0 1) ,心重/体重降低(P <0 .0 1) ;CIG组14d存活率85 %显著高于IG组5 5 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论:CSAE对VMC小鼠有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of cordyceps sinensis alcohol extractive on viral myocarditis.Methods:100 male BALB/c mice were divided randomly into control group(CG),infectious group(IG) and CSAE intervention group(CIG).VMC model was made in IG and CIG mice with CVB3 intraperitoneal inoculation.Mice in these two groups were killed in batch at the 7th day or 14th day postinfection. Histological changes were determined microscopically,heart weight/ body weight ratios(HW/BW) and survival rate were calculated.Results:myocardial necrosis score semiquantitively and HW/BW in CIG were lower than that in IG at the 7th day or 14th day postinfection.The 14thday survival rate was significantly higher in CIG than that in IG (85% vs 55%,P<0.05).Conclusions:CSAE plays an important protective role against viral-induced murine myocarditis.
