精神药物致肠梗阻临床分析

目的探讨住院精神疾病患者肠梗阻的原因及有关因素。方法对近10年来我院住院患者中21例患者发生的23次肠梗阻进行回顾分析。结果发生肠梗阻的患者中有20例次所服药物中有氯氮平(87％)。有2例为单一用氯丙嗪，1例为阿米替林。经停药或减药后，给予胃肠减压，纠正水电介质平衡，应用肠蠕动促进剂，多数病情均较快好转，有2例转院治疗。结论有较多的精神药物可以引起麻痹性肠梗阻，其中以氯氮平最为常见，与剂量无明显关系，可能个体对该药的敏感性有关。

Retrospective study on intestinal obstruction caused by antipsychotic drugs

Objective To investigate the cause and the factors related of the intestinal obstruction which was induced by antipsychotic drugs. Method The clinical data of patients with intestinal obstruction in last 10 years were studied retrospectively. Results 20 cases were treated with clozapine (87%), only two patients were treated with perphenazine, one patient treated with Amitriptyline, Most patients improved quickly and greatly by stopping or decreasing the does of antipsychotic drugs and giving other related treatments, two patients were treated in hospital. Conclusion A number of Antipsytchotic drugs, especially clozapine, appear to be more easily to cause the intestinal obstruction induced by clozapine may be correlated with the individual sensitivity, not the drug doses.
