无水乙醇灌洗法介入治疗肾囊肿502例的疗效评价

目的观察超声引导下无水乙醇的不同注射方法治疗肾囊肿的效果。方法将982例囊肿分为2组,治疗组（灌洗组）502例,超声引导下囊肿穿刺抽液加无水乙醇灌洗;对照组（传统组）480例,超声引导下囊肿穿刺抽液后注射无水乙醇;术后3月、6月、12月、18月随访,观察疗效及并发症等。结果肾囊肿经无水乙醇治疗后3月、6月、12月、18月复查：治疗组治愈率分别为81.0%、87.3%、91.0%、93.0%;对照组治愈率分别为57.9%、82.1%、86.8%、88.9%;两组治愈率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;〉10.0 cm囊肿治愈率,两组无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,但显效率有显著性差异（P〈0.001）。结论超声引导下肾囊肿无水乙醇灌洗法是一种高疗效、疗程短、并发症少的方法。

Evaluation on absolute alcohol irrigation for interventional treatment effects of 502 patients with renal cyst

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and complication in the treatment of renal cyst with different method of absolute alcohol under the guidance of ultrasound. Methods 982 cases were divided into two groups ： 502 cases in irrigation group and 480 cases in traditional infusion group with 95% absolute alcohol who were followed up 3,6,12 and 18 months after operation. Results In irrigation group,the cure rate was 81.0 % ,87. 3% ,91.0% and 93.0% as well as in traditional infusion group,the cure rate was 57.9 % ,82.1% ,86.8% ,and 88. 9% in 3,6,12 and 18 months after operation respectively. The cure rate showed significant difference in two groups （P〈0. 05）. The cure rate of renal cyst which was bigger than 10.0 cm had no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. The obvious efficiency rate had significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion The irrigation adopted absolute alcohol treats cyst in kidney by guidance of ultrasound to he a method with high therapeutic efficacy,short time of therapy and low complication.
