| 摘 要： | 目的:分析鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效和影响因素.方法:鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎46例,术前泪囊碘油造影,鼻腔检查和治疗,术后药物治疗,泪道冲洗、拔管,及鼻腔处理.结果:术后治愈率86.5%,好转率13.5%,手术有效率达100%.全部病例无并发症出现.结论:术前慎重选择病例,术后综合治疗与处理是泪囊鼻腔造孔术成功的重要保证.

| Abstract: | AIM:To evaluate the curative effects of dacryocyst-orhinostomy with nasal endoscopic surgery in chronic dacryocystitis.METHODS:Forty-six patients(52 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis underwent intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy.Before the surgery,lacrimal sac and nasal cavity of the patients were checked.After the surgery,medicine therapy,irrigation of lacrimal duct and nasal endoscopy were performed.RESULTS:Among all the cases,45 eyes(86.5%) were cured and 7 eyes(13.5%) were alleviated with no complication occurred.CONCLUSION:Careful selection of patients before surgery and integrated application of medicine therapy after surgery are the guarantee of the success of nasal endoscopy. |
