可注射硫酸钙用于腰椎椎间融合的实验观察

目的 评价可注射硫酸钙在腰椎椎体间融合中的成骨效果.方法 12只实验成年山羊,自体对照研究,分别选择腰椎3/4和5/6为融合节段,随机选择其中一个节段应用可注射硫酸钙按1∶1混合自体松质骨粒为植入物,另一个节段则选择自体髂骨块为植入物,行侧前入路椎间融合手术,并加钢板内固定.手术后6、12周进行X线及组织学检查,观察骨融合情况.结果 可注射硫酸钙混合自体松质骨粒应用于腰推融合时,在术后12周时,椎间隙基本融合,与自体髂骨融合相似,明胶海绵间隙均未见融合.结论 可注射硫酸钙可部分替代自体松质骨用于腰椎间融合,成骨效果良好.

Experimental Observation of Effect of Injectable Surgical Grade Calcium Sulfate as a Substitute for Bone Graft on Lumbar intervertebral Body fusions in Goats

Objective To compare the effect of injectable surgical grade calcium sulfate plus bone obtained from decompression on lumbar intervertebral body fusion with that of fresh autologous iliac crest bone. Methods The intervertebral discs between L3 and L4 ,and L5 and L6 were removed in 12 adult cross bred goats. One selected randomly from both the intervertebral spaces where the intervertebral discs had been removed received fresh autologous iliac crest bone granules and the other did injectable surgical grade calcium sulfate with 50% fresh autologous bone granules obtained from decompression.The treatments were performed by Robinson's procedure. Radiographic and histological examination were performed 6 and 12 weeks after the surgery.Results The two vertebral bodies,between which the spaces received the calcium sulfate and fresh autologous bone granules, were fused well in all the goats 12 weeks after the surgery.Conclusions Injectable surgical grade calcium sulfate can serve as the substitute for iliac crest autogenous graft.
