| 摘 要： | 目的评估Neuroform支架在颅内宽颈动脉瘤介入治疗中的作用和安全性。方法20例颅内宽颈动脉瘤采用Neuroform支架结合弹簧圈治疗。术中将预装好的Neuroform支架引入载瘤动脉并释放覆盖动脉瘤颈，经支架网孔栓塞弹簧圈。结果19例支架植入成功，其中12例取得完全栓塞，3例瘤体仍显影，4例瘤颈残留。术中支架放置失败1例，异位放置1例，术中血栓形成1例。结论Neuroform支架是颅内宽颈动脉瘤的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Neuroform stents on the occlusion of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms. Methods 20 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms were treated by Neuroform stents combined with stent-assisted coils. Neuroform stent was led into the parent artery and released to cover the aneurysm neck. Then coils were delivered into the aneurysm cavity through the stent struts. Results Successful deployment of the stent in the target artery was achieved in 19 patients. The aneurysms were completely occluded in 12 patients ,partial occlusion in 3 and neck-residual in 4. Stent deployment failed in one patient , inadvertent deployment in 1 and thromboembolic events were observed in 1. Conclusion The endovascular embolization with Neuroform stent is an effective method for the occlusion of wide-necked aneurysm. |
