| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨纤维支气管镜在原发性气管肿瘤诊断及治疗中的作用。方法：回顾性分析在68例原发性气管肿瘤诊治中纤维支气管镜的应用。结果：57例术前应用纤维支气管镜，20例行肿物活检，14例术前明确病理诊断；麻醉过程45例应用纤维支气管镜引导下麻醉插管；术后12例用纤维支气管镜吸痰。结论：纤维支气管镜在原发性气管肿瘤的诊治和治疗中起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of fiber bronchoscope on the diagnosis and treatment of primary tracheal tumors (PTTs).Methods:Retrospective analysis of the application of fiber bronchoscope in 68 cases of PTTs.Results:Bronchoscope was applied to 57 cases preoperatively, biopsy was conducted in 20 cases and pathological diagnosis was obtained in 14 cases. Bronchoscope-introduced tracheal intubation was carried out in 45 cases during the anesthesia. Bronchoscopic aspiration of sputum was performed in 12 cases postoperatively. Conclusion:Branchofiberoscope is of vital importance to the management of PTTs. |
