| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨心脏移植术后处理方法。方法 :对我院 1例同种异体心脏移植病例进行分析 ,并结合文献学习。结果 :患者手术顺利 ,心脏自动复跳 ,术后曾 2次出现肺部感染 ,第 1次经联合应用抗生素后治愈 ,第2次因合并霉菌感染治疗无效 ,术后 46天死亡。结论 :心脏移植是治疗扩张性心肌病等终末心脏病不可替代的手段 ,手术顺利完成只是成功的第一步 ,还有很多工作要做 ,任何一个环节出问题都将影响最终的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the disposal methods of postoperation in heart transplatation.Methods: Analyse one case of homologuous orthotopic heart transplantation and go over references.Results: The operation succeed and heart rebeated automatically.Postoperation,two times of lung infection appeared.The first infection was cured by combined antibiotic.The patient died from mycotic infection 46 days later.Conclusion: Heart transplantation is the only method to treat dilatation cardomyopathy patient.The success of operation is the first step and lots of work need to be done.The effect was influenced by each step. |
