| 摘 要： | 为探讨新兵心理应付方式的特点及其影响因素,也为改善新兵心理应付方式提供依据,采用应付方式问卷、艾森克个性问卷和生活事件量表,对257名新兵和269名老兵进行评定,并对新兵心理应付方式的影响因素进行了逐步回归分析。结果.新兵比老兵多采用自责、幻想和退避应付方式,个性特征、生活事件、文化程度是影响新兵心理应付方式的主要因素。提示,新兵多采用不成熟的心理应付方式,且与个性、心理刺激和文化程度等因素有关。

| Abstract: | To explore the characteristics and their correlative factors of psychological coping style and provide evidence for improving it. The CSQ,EPQ and LES were used to evaluate 257 recruits and 269 veterans, and correlative factors studied with stepwise regression. Results: self-blame, illusion and retreat scores of CSQ were higher in recruits than in veterans. Stepwise regression found that personality, life event and deucational level were the main factors closely related to the coping style of recruits. Conclusioons: Coping style of recruits was juvenile and related to personality, life event and educational level. |
