门诊使用维思通治疗精神分裂症107例疗效分析

为探讨非典型抗精神病药物维思通对门诊各种类型的精神分裂症的疗效,对符合CC-MD—2—R诊断标准的107例患者进行开放性研究。治疗剂量4～6mg/d,平均剂量4.79mg/d,疗程12周,以BPRS减分率结合传统方法评定疗效。TESS观察副反应。结果,总有效率92.2％,显效率77.5％。维思通的副反应多为轻、中度,常为一过性,一般不作处理,或加用少量相关药物,短期即可缓解。实验室检查未见异常。结论:维思通能改善各种类型的精神分裂症患者的阳性、阴性症状和认知功能,副作用轻,服药依从性好,安全性高,优于氯氮平和传统抗精神病药物,是目前较理想的一线药物。适合门诊治疗,可减少患者住院。

Curative Effect of Risperidone in 107 Outpatient Schizophrenics

Open studies were conducted in 107 outpatient schizophrenics(CCMD - 2 -R) to study the curative effect of resperidone, an atypical antipsychotics, in the treatment of various types of schizophrenia. Therapeutic dose was 4- 6mg/d, average dose 4. 79mg/d,course of treatment 12 weeks,and curative effect was rated with decrease rate of BPRS together with traditional clinical methods and side reaction observed with TESS. Result;the total effective rate was 92. 5% and effectual rate 77. 5%. Side reactions of risperidone were almost similar to all antipsychotics, which was mostly mild or moderate,usually transient,and need not to treat or early remit with fewer relative drugs . Conclusion:Risperidone can improve both the positive and negative symptoms and cognitive function of all types of schizophrenia,and its side reaction is mild, compliance better and safety higher; it had advantage over clozapine and typical antipsychotics, was more ideal first-line drug at present and especially suitable to outpatient treatment, and could reduce admission.
