| 摘 要： | 目的：评价超声乳化人工晶状体植入术对葡萄膜炎并发白内障的效果。方法：对28例32眼葡萄膜炎并发白内障施行了超声乳化吸出和后房人工晶状体植入术，对术后视力和并发症作了分析。结果：超声乳化人工晶状植入术后31眼视力提高，术后最常见的并发症为后囊浑浊。结论：超声乳化人工晶状植入术对于葡萄膜炎并发白内障是一种安全可靠的手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To eveluate the outcomes of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation into the capsular bag in patients with uveitis.Methods 28 cases (32 eyes) with uveitis who underwent phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were reported.The postoperative complications and visual acuity were analysed.Results The visual acuity improved in 31 eyes.The most common complication was posterior capsule opacification.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is safe in patients with uveitis. |
