摘    要:外科手术破坏大鼠大脑皮质,同时将HRP注入颈髓,电镜观察到蓝斑核内含有许多密集的圆形无颗粒小泡的变性轴突终末,它们主要与中等大小或大的树突形成突触,其中一些树突被HRP逆行标记,从而用超微观察证实了皮质—蓝斑—脊髓通路的存在。

Abstract:The locus coreuleus of the rat was observed electron microscopically after surgical ablation of the anterio part of the cerebral cortex and horseradish peroxidase injected into the spinal cord of the same animals. A dense degenerated axon terminals containing dense round synaptic vesicles were observed to synapse chiefly with medium-size or small dentritic processes, some of which were labeled with HRP retrogradely, Therefore, the pathway of the cortico-locus coeruleus-spinal cord was revealed at an ultrastructural level.
