| 摘 要： | 洛索洛芬钠是一种副作用小、疗效高的非甾体类抗炎镇痛药。在总结前人工作的基础上，对其合成工艺中的重要中间体2-（-4-氯甲基苯基）丙酸乙酯的合成进行了改进，以催化剂四氯化钛替代四氯化锡，取得了很好的效果，总收率为58%（原文献收率为36%）。

| Abstract: | Loxoprofen sodium is a kind of a non steroid anti inflammatory and antalgic drug with less side effects and high effect.In this article,the synthesis of the most important intermediate ethyl [ p (chloromethyl)phenyl]propionate in the synthetic route of loxoprofen sodium was improved based on the previous research.The catalyst TiCl 4 instead of SnCl 4 was used in the experiments,and a wonderful result was obtained.The overall yield was increased from 36% to 58%. |
