| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粤西高校女大学生原发性痛经发生相关因素的特点。方法随机抽取无妇科器质性病变的本校女大学生1076人，通过问卷调查方式对引起原发性痛经的相关因素进行统计分析。结果本校女大学生原发性痛经发生率高达60．22％。其相关因素主要是凉水浴、经期紧张焦虑和劳累，分别占原发性痛经者的48．92％、33．02％和14．66％。结论经期凉水浴是本校女生原发性痛经最主要的相关因素，应加强大学生经期健康教育。
