| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中医院护士中医临床护理综合能力培养方法。方法对新毕业、新招聘、来院工作2年以内、西医院校护理专业毕业、未参加过系统中医护理知识和技能培训的65名护士实施为期1年的综合培训，包括集中授课、自学、中医操作训练、晨间提问、中医护理查房等，培训前后对护士中医护理临床综合能力和中医理论、操作技能进行测评。结果培训后护士中医护理临床综合能力和中医理论、操作技能测评成绩均高于培训前（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论对中医院护士实施综合培训，有利于提高护士中医护理临床综合能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods to train the comprehensive clinical nursing ability among nurses of TCM hospital. Mothods 65 nurses graduated from other medical colleges of western medicine were trained for a year with a comprehensive course including lecturing, serf-learning, question-answering in the early morning and nursing rounding of TCM. Their comprehensive clinical nursing ability, theory of TCM and operation skills were examined and assessed before and after training. Rosults The posttraining performances were significantly better than pre-training concerning comprehensive clinical nursing ability, theory of TCM and operation skills （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion The training of comprehensive clinical nursing ability is helpful for the enhancement of comprehensive ability in TCM clinical nursing. |
