患者自控镇痛宣教卡的设计与应用

目的探讨术后疼痛管理中患者自控镇痛(PCA)宣教卡的设计与应用效果。方法 2013年8月起自行设计包括疼痛、镇痛以及PCA等相关知识要点的宣教卡,在手术前1 d对患者及家属进行口头宣教、发放宣教卡并演示PCA泵操作,并于术后第4天回访,了解其对PCA宣教卡的评价和宣教工作的满意度,同时了解手术医师与责任护士在宣教卡使用后的反馈。结果接受宣教干预的患者中,非常满意占90.8%,满意占9.2%;患者及其家属均认为此宣教卡非常实用,可以帮助其纠正对术后疼痛的认知偏差,提高患者参与疼痛控制的能力;医护人员反映该宣教卡可以提高患者及其家属的依从性与配合能力,一定程度上减轻临床工作量。结论 PCA宣教卡是一种节省人力和时间,同时又具有显著效果的健康宣教方法。

Application of patient - controlled analgesia education card in postoperative pain management

Objective To evaluate the application of patient-controlled analgesia （PCA） education card in the postoperative pain management. Methods In August 2013 the PCA education card was designed. It included the related knowledge of pain, analgesia and PCA during postoperation. The patients and their relatives were educated 1 d before surgery. The education cards were distributed and the operation of PCA pump was demonstrated. Four days after surgery, the patients were revisited to evaluate the effect of PCA education card and their satisfaction level. The feedback of doctors and nurses was also collected. Results A total of 206 patients were educated. 90.8% of them were very satisfied and 9.2% were satisfied with the education work. The patients and their relatives thought the education card was very practical. It was useful for correcting their cognitive biases in postoperative pain and improving their ability to participate in pain control. The medical staff also thought the education card could improve the compliance and cooperation of patients and their relatives. Conclusion PCA education card can save manpower and time. It is a kind of health education method with significant effects.
