不同溶剂调和中药敷脐法对恶性肠梗阻的干预研究

目的观察不同溶剂调和中药敷脐治疗恶性肠梗阻患者的临床疗效。方法将73例住院恶性肠梗阻患者随机分为两组，两组均在基础治疗的基础上采用中药敷脐治疗，对照组中药调和溶剂为米醋、蜂蜜、植物油，试验组中药调和溶剂为米醋、蜂蜜、芥末油、黄酒、鲜姜汁。治疗后，以梗阻症状评分（恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、排便）为观察指标，对两组疗效进行比较。结果试验组总有效率81．08％，高于对照组的58．33％（P〈0．05）；对照组有1例中药贴敷局部皮肤过敏。结论在中药敷脐法治疗恶性肠梗阻时，调和溶剂应加入辛香走窜之品，可使药物更好的发挥作用，对缓解患者梗阻症状，提高生活质量有一定效果。

Intervention Study of Applying Different Solvent in Blend Chinese Medicine to the Umbilicus on Malignant Bowel Obstruction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of applying different solvent to blend traditional Chinese medicine to the umbilicus on malignant bowel obstruction. Methods： 73 patients with malignant bowel obstruction were randomly divided into two groups with basic treatment and applying traditional Chinese medicine to the umbilicus. The control group was used solvent as vinegar,honey reel,plant oil. The test group was used solvent as vinegar,honey mel,mustard oil,yellow wine,fresh ginger juice. After treatment,the obstruction symptom score were observed and compared between 2 groups such as nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain and bowel. Results： The total effective rate of the test group at 81.08% was higher than that of the control group at 58.33%（P〈 0.05）. 1 cases in the control group had allergic reaction to the skin. Conclusion： When applying traditional Chinese Medicine to the umbilicus on treating malignant bowel obstruction,solvent should be added the spicy things in order to make the drugs play a better role which can relieve the obstruction symptoms and improve the quality of life.
