| 摘 要： | 随着申请复印病历的人员不断增加,病案科病案复印岗位的工作压力极具加大.如何使病案复印工作更加流畅、简捷、为患者提供优质的服务.分析传统病案复印工作的不合理流程及其弊端.利用专业的病案管理软件,优化病案的流程,加快病案信息的电子化,对病案复印岗位的各项工作环节进行相应的改进.达到病案复印岗位的从传统病案复印模式向现代电子化信息网络化模式转变,减轻病案复印岗位的工作压力,满足患者的需求.

| Abstract: | With the increasing application of medical records duplication, the work pressure of duplication job in medical records department has greatly increased. It has become a problem that how to make the duplication work of medical records more smooth and convenient so as to provide better service for the patients. We analyzed the unreasonable process of traditional medical records duplication work and its disadvantages, optimized the process with the application of medical records management software, enhanced the electronization of medical records information and made relevant improvement on the work links of the duplication work, therefore, realized the transformation of traditional duplication mode to electronic information network mode in the duplication work of medical records, as well as alleviated the work pressure of them and satisfied the requirements of the patients. |
