校验功能对提高电子病历首页质量的作用分析

目的 分析电子病历首页校验功能对首页质量的影响.方法 2014年1月我院上线对电子病历首页进行逻辑校验功能的程序,故随机抽取2013年10月-2013年12月及2014年1月-2014年3月的电子病历首页各3600份质控,统计并比较两个时间段首页空项发生率,首页错误填写的种类数、发生率,首页打印不全发生率.结果使用SPSS11.0软件统计,率的比较采用x2检验.结果 2014年1月～2014年3月与2013年10月-2013年12月比较,首页空项率下降21.87％（P＜0.01）,首页填写错误率下降13.58％（P＜0.01）,首页填写错误种类下降21种（P＜0.01）,首页打印不全发生率下降1.91％（P＜0.05）.结论 电子病历首页校验功能的应用提高首页的质量.

Effect Analysis of Checking Function on the Improvement of the Quality of Electric Medical Records Home Pages

Objective To analyze the impact of checking tunction to the quality ot electric medical records home pages. Methods the checking function to the home pages in electric medical records was used in January 2014 in our hospital, so each 3600 cases of the home pages in electric medical records were selected randomly during October to December 2013 and January to March 2014. To calculate and compare items included blank space and error rates of home pages, error kinds of home pages and incidence, as well as the incomplete print rate of home pages in the two periods. The results were conducted statistics by SPSS11.0 and rates by X 2test. Results Compared with the items from October to December in 2013, the blank spacerate decreased 21.87% （P〈0. 01）, the error rate of home pages decreased 13.58% （P〈0. 01）, the error kinds of home pages decreased 21 kinds （P〈0. 01）, the incomplete print rate decreased 1.91% （P〈0. 05） during January to March 2014. Conclusion The checking function of the home pages in electric medical records could improve the quality of the home pages.
